Mesh.face_mesh()#

Return a Mesh consisting of the unique faces of the elements.

Returns#

Mesh

A Mesh whose elements are the unique faces defined by the nodes of the original Mesh.

Notes#

This can only be used with a Mesh of level >= 2.
