Return the unique 3D cells of the Mesh.

Returns#

Elems: A connectivity table defining the 3D cells in function of the nodes. For a level-3 Mesh, this is equivalent to self.elems. For other Mesh levels, an empty connectivity table is returned.

This is like self.elems.insertLevel(3)[1].
