coords.Coords.z#

property Coords.z#

Returns the Z-coordinates of all points.

Returns#

numpy.ndarray

A view on the Z-coordinates of all points, with shape equal to self.points_shape().

Notes#

The returned array is a view on the data, not a copy. Modifying it will change the underlying Coords.

Examples#

>>> X = Coords(np.arange(6).reshape(2, 3))
>>> print(X.z)
[2. 5.]
